Combines Five Strength Training Machines into One
The Power Rack base is built to last and is constructed of heavy-duty gauged rolled steel tubing that is powder coated then clear coated for added durability and longevity. Westside hole spacing allows the J-Hooks to be adjusted into 50 different numbered adjustment points to perfectly position any size user for bench press, squats, and more. Commercial-grade J-Hooks and Safeties are designed to handle heavy loads while also protecting your barbell.
The Functional Trainer and cable crossover allow you to perform over 75 different exercises from this station alone. Features adjustable height positions to perform shoulder, arms, chest, back, core, and leg exercises. 6.2mm nylon coated mil-spec aircraft quality cables are tested to 2,000lb. Steel alloy thimbles end in machine sealed clamps for added safety.
The Smith Machine includes a fixed barbel that accepts Olympic weight plates up to 772lb. Re-rack your Smith bar with ease into any height position you need. Quad bearing rollers with commercial-grade rails provide smooth and natural movement. Includes safe-lock and release mechanisms with safety catches so you can max out your training load without needing a spotter. Band pegs assist with resistance or assistance so you can take your lifting to the next level. Converts into a Vertical Leg Press with optional G3 Leg Press attachment (sold separately).
